**About the role**:
The Planner / Scheduler (Fixed & Mobile Plant) involves establishing, developing, and managing safe, compliant, and efficient planning and scheduling processes to achieve business objectives and drive optimal performance. Ideally, you will hold a relevant trade qualification.
**Key accountabilities include**:
- Be a proactive self-starter, taking initiative in managing and driving the maintenance planning and scheduling process.
- Lead and promote a safety culture, ensuring safe practices across all operations.
- Develop short to medium-term maintenance and demand plans that comply with system requirements and support efficient maintenance delivery.
- Ensure all division plans are scheduled and completed on time, meeting system compliance.
- Convert the scheduled maintenance plan into a detailed inventory demand plan.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure processes and systems support planned maintenance.
- Work with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Communicate daily with teams and repair providers to ensure everyone follows the same maintenance schedule.
- Ensure long-term maintenance plans align with fixed and mobile plant equipment goals, including capacity considerations.
**About you**:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in Maintenance Systems and SAP (mandatory).
- Hold an open 'C' Class Drivers Licence.
