About the Role As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the showroom, guiding customers through bathroom, laundry, powder room and kitchen selections. You will take a consultative approach to understand each customer's needs, prepare and follow up quotes, convert opportunities into sales and manage orders through to completion. This role is about building relationships with trade and design clients, following up with suppliers and ensuring the total solution has been delivered. Once you are established, you will be required to visit builders, interior designers and architects out on-site, which will help you maintain and grow relationships to ensure growth of sales. Skills and Experience Sales experience in a showroom or consultative retail environment Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to follow up on quotes and convert sales Confident in managing orders and supplier communication Interest in bathrooms, kitchens, interiors or design Proactive mindset with a business development focus Well organised with strong attention to detail Automatic driver's licence Rewards and Benefits Stable Monday to Friday, with every 2nd Saturday as a half-day roster (currently they are closed Saturday but may open on Saturdays in the future) Comprehensive training and product knowledge support Work with premium products and loyal clients Long-term career opportunities within a market leader Excellent hourly rate quarterly real bonuses High performing site Ready to apply?
