Opportunity for 1st and 2nd year apprentice carpenters Earn while you learn: work towards a nationally recognised qualification whilst working stable, full-time hours. Certificate III in Carpentry CPC30220 What's involved? During the 48-month apprenticeship you get to learn the following: Read and interpret plans and specifications Carry out general demolition of minor building structures Studying building plans and drawings to work out the materials required and how best to install features. Preparing, treating, cutting and shaping timber elements to be used for structures or fittings. Erecting building framework, roofs and floors, fitting exteriors, doors and window frames. Install lining, panelling and moulding, and flooring systems Requirements: Own Transport (P's is fine) preferred Full working and study rights in Australia Please note apprenticeship pay rate applies A carpentry apprentice may be eligible for up to $1750 at 6 and 12 months and $750 at 18 and 24 months.
