Your New Role
Bring your technical expertise and leadership, shape maintenance strategy and ensure reliability across vital hospital assets. You will:
* Lead and direct multidisciplinary maintenance teams and contractors delivering preventative and corrective maintenance programs
* Oversee maintenance budgets, financial performance and minor capital works to optimise asset outcomes
* Identify and manage infrastructure risks, ensuring compliance with WHS, asset management and statutory requirements
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, service performance and contractor management across a large tertiary facility
About you:

You are a strategic and hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about delivering reliable, high-quality services. You have:
* Demonstrated experience managing maintenance or facilities services within a complex organisation (health highly regarded).
* Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams
* Proven financial and commercial acumen, including budget management and performance analysis
* Technical knowledge of asset management, preventative maintenance and infrastructure risk management

About Capital and Assets / Infrastructure and Assets Division - Metro South Maintenance Services
Metro South Maintenance Services are the incumbent maintenance provider for Metro South Health Hospitals and Health Service (MSH) Facilities, with the primary objective to manage the corrective and preventative maintenance for all MSH infrastructure and facilities. Metro South's asset management objectives define the approach for delivering maintenance outcomes and the role of Maintenance management in supporting the achievement of the organisational objectives.
