What You'll Do
Reporting to the Branch Manager, in the Sales Support Merchandise position you will focus on developing strong customer relationships.
* Perform general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods.
* Assist customers with pricing and product queries and processing counter sales.
* Maintain safety processes.
* Assist with merchandise campaign material.
* Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store workplace.
* Load and unload trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries.
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment. You'll have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise. In addition, you will demonstrate:
* Experience working within a sales environment.
* Effective verbal communication skills to build solid long‐term customer relationships.
* A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Problem‐solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
* A current driver's license is essential.
* Forklift licence preferred or willingness to obtain.
* MR licence an advantage but not essential.
