Your New Role
We are seeking a Senior Psychologist to join the Pathways Support team, delivering high-quality psychological services for patients with complex presentations and long-stay discharge barriers. This role provides a unique opportunity to combine clinical care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and service improvement across multiple Metro South Health facilities.
Responsibilities
* Provide evidence-based assessment, intervention, and behavioural support for complex inpatients.
* Act as a clinical liaison to interprofessional teams on long-stay discharge planning.
* Support service development, quality improvement, and clinical education initiatives.
About you
We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Psychologist with advanced clinical expertise and a collaborative mindset.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills across multidisciplinary teams.
