About This Role
As a Development Planner, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of development applications to ensure compliance with relevant planning legislation and regulations.
* This includes reviewing applications, assessing their impact on the community, and making recommendations for approval or denial.
In addition to this, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure that all development projects meet council requirements and are completed efficiently.
