For Asbestos Removalist, Licensed Asbestos Removal Technician to deliver safe asbestos removal and site clearance for a trusted contracting firm.

* Requires: CPCCDE3014 and CPCCDE3015 certificates, WA driver's licence, and asbestos removal experience.
* Salary guide: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour including leave loading.
* Location: Southern suburbs of Perth, WA.
Your normal day will involve:
* Attending pre-start meetings and reviewing site asbestos registers and SWMS.
* Establishing exclusion zones, barriers, signage, and decontamination areas compliant with regulations.
* Wearing PPE including respirators, performing fit checks and monitoring negative pressure units.
* Removing and safely bagging, labelling, and loading asbestos waste for transport.
* Decontaminating tools, personnel, and work areas to strict industry standards.
* Supporting air monitoring and visual inspections during and after removal.
* Completing paperwork and handing over cleared sites to supervisors or clients.
This role is perfect for an experienced Asbestos Removalist who holds both friable and non-friable asbestos removal tickets (CPCCDE3014 & CPCCDE3015) and can operate safely within a controlled environment. You'll typically work 30 to 40 hours per week mainly on weekdays in the southern Perth metropolitan area, with some potential weekend or regional work. This position requires your constant attention to detail to comply with health and safety legislative requirements and the proper ARCP, SWMS, and clearance processes ensuring clean, safe handovers every time.
