ASX Listing Rules & Corporations Act Compliance
Exposure to all these areas is not essential, but you will be confident operating across most of them at a senior level.
About You
We are interested in speaking withsenior corporate lawyerswho are ready to step into, or further consolidate, partnership :

This role sits at the top end of the Australian corporate law market in terms of earnings and opportunity :
Salaried Partner : $250K–$300K + bonuses
Senior Partner : $350K+
