About the Role
As a key member of our organisation's People and Capability team, you will play a vital role in supporting HR initiatives and contributing to cross-functional projects aligned with our broader People and Capability strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
* You will work closely with the Senior People and Capability Business Partner to deliver P&C services across the organisation.
* Support the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
* Provide advice on HR matters, including employee relations, policy interpretation, and supporting leaders.
* Coordinate employee engagement activities and learning initiatives.
* Manage HR systems and contribute to process improvements.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience in a generalist HR role.
* Strong communication skills and internal customer service focus.
* Attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive or confidential matters.
* HRIS system experience (e.g. ELMO or Aurion) is desirable.
