Job Description
Conduct comprehensive testing in Clinical Biochemistry, Haematology, Transfusion Medicine, Molecular and Microbiology of the Toowoomba Laboratory to ensure high-quality pathology service delivery.
Routine and complex testing of samples with demonstrated experience and skills application under scientific supervision or professional guidance.
Deliver quality results adhering to NATA accredited laboratory protocols and standards.
Participate actively as a team member with respect for clients and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Knowledge and expertise in a multi-skilled laboratory setting.
* Ability to identify, develop and implement quality and service improvement activities.
* Independence in performing duties with infrequent supervision.
* Possession of a Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Laboratory Science) or equivalent qualification.
