Regional Club Leadership Opportunity
The club operates multiple revenue streams, including gaming, food and beverage, functions, and property investments.

The Role:
Lead strategic and operational management of all club activities, driving financial performance improvement and delivery of strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
* Strategic planning implementation and organisational transformation
* Financial management and performance optimisation across multiple revenue streams
* Gaming operations oversight and regulatory compliance management
* Multi-venue food & beverage and function operations leadership
* Asset portfolio management and capital planning
* Board relations and governance support, including Company Secretary duties
* Member engagement and community relationship development
* Staff leadership across diverse operational teams
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years CEO/General Manager experience in registered clubs or multi-site hospitality
* Proven track record in gaming operations (80+ machines) and compliance management
* Demonstrated success in multi-venue food & beverage operations
* Strong financial management with P&L accountability for $5M+ revenue operations
* Experience working with volunteer boards and not-for-profit governance structures
Leadership & Strategic Capabilities:
* Strategic plan implementation and organisational change management
* Asset management and capital planning experience
* Technology modernisation and process improvement leadership
* Crisis management and business performance improvement
* Community engagement and stakeholder relationship management
Industry Knowledge:
* Comprehensive understanding of gaming, liquor, and registered club legislation
* Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting requirements
* Knowledge of club industry best practices and performance benchmarks
