About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build hands‐on experience across a broad range of marketing activities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate event registrations. The ideal candidate will perform with agility and excel in prioritisation of a broad range of responsibilities while working with multiple Marketing Managers to deliver projects and deadlines across events and industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the execution of event marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Deliver marketing campaigns across digital, print and social media channels.
* Have a general knowledge of the industry to identify trends, opportunities, new partners and target audiences.
* Develop engaging content for social media, websites, and campaign assets.
* Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels.
* Track campaign performance and analyse data to inform decision-making and reporting.
* Work closely with Marketing Managers, sales teams, and external partners.
* Collaborate across teams to deliver customer engagement and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 1‐3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Solid organisational skills and project management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail.
* Analytical skills with an interest in data-driven marketing.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems.
* Ability to work collaboratively while managing priorities independently.
