The Role
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to initially deliver two $10m+ commercial projects (aged care facility & commercial building) with more projects in the pipeline. Both projects are in the delivery phase and require a capable leader who can confidently manage programme, commercial outcomes, stakeholder relationships and site teams through to successful handover. Key Responsibilities include:
* Full lifecycle project management from construction through to completion
* Programme development, tracking and reporting
* Budget management, forecasting and cost control
* Head contract and subcontract administration
* Management and mentorship of site teams
* Driving projects to meet time, cost and quality objectives
The Candidate
* Extensive Snr PM experience in commercial construction project management with demonstrated experience delivering projects in the $5M–$20M range
* Previous experience managing aged care new construction projects
* Strong knowledge of Australian Standard contracts
* Proven leadership capability and ability to manage multiple workstreams
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
