We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Services Officer with prior experience as a skilled customer service administrator and a flair for invoicing.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will support customers by providing advice and arranging suitable appointments with our extensive specialist consultant team.
Job Description Responsibilities
* Liaise with customers to plan and implement agreed services
* Schedule appointments
* Maintain busy inboxes with queries, appointments and non‐appointment services
* Provide administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners
* Provide information and advice to customers or prospective customers
* Undertake other tasks assigned to the Client Services team, including reception duties, dictation, invoicing, and supporting the greater team in general
Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Proven ability to work independently and within a group environment
* Personal approach that is enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
* Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining flexibility
* Attention to detail is a must
* Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
