Your responsibilities include:
- Breaking down carcasses of lamb, beef and pork.
- Displaying and hygienically packaging meat for display window and wholesale customer.
- Assisting with inventory rotation, cleaning, and maintaining section hygiene.
- Assisting with small goods making.
- Engaging with customers as necessary to provide exceptional service.
This position offers a balance between independent and team collaboration, working alongside others. Overtime is available during peak periods, and the working hours include early starts and some weekend rotation.
