Home Care Support Worker
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our home care team as a Home Care Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients, promoting their independence and dignity
* Transport clients to appointments and social activities, ensuring their safety and comfort
* Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and medication management, supporting clients to maintain their health and wellbeing
* Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance
Requirements:
* A qualification in Aged Care or a minimum of 1 year's experience working in community aged care
* A roadworthy vehicle and a current driver's license
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays
