About the role
Be the friendly face of Council in Jabiru, welcoming locals and visitors, solving enquiries with a smile and keeping the office running smoothly at the heart of the community.
You will provide high‑quality customer service at the front counter, on the phone and via email, support the team with day‑to‑day admin, records and data entry, and help coordinate facility hire, uniforms, keys and other essentials that keep services ticking over.
You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe, well‑presented office environment and supporting workplace health and safety for staff and visitors
About you
* A people‑person with strong customer service skills who enjoys helping others in a busy front‑line role.
* Confident with general office admin, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and happy to learn new systems.
* Organised, accurate and comfortable handling cash, receipting and balancing monies.

* Total remuneration package: $77,952 – $83,901 (including base salary $68,368 – $73,585).
* 6 weeks annual leave, 17.5% leave loading and superannuation.
