Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline and have at least 3 years of experience in management accounting, financial reporting or a similar finance role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze and prepare management accounts, budgets and rolling forecasts to support executive decision-making. 2. Maintain the general ledger ensuring accuracy and integrity through timely reconciliations and adherence to accounting standards. 3. Manage the month-end close process including posting journal entries performing balance sheet reconciliations conducting regular asset valuation reviews. A strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards is essential. The candidate should also be proficient in Excel with experience using accounting/ERP systems preferred.
