We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our network and unified communications efforts. As an Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure and unified communications solutions.
Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in managing meeting rooms, Cisco Unified Communications platforms, Webex, Genesys contact centers, and Ribbon session border controllers. Additionally, they should have expertise in MS Teams enterprise calling and proficiency in ITSM tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proficiency in Cisco Unified Communications platform and Webex
* Expertise in MS Teams enterprise calling
* Managing meeting rooms (MTRoA and MTRoW) and Cisco Webex
* Experience with Genesys contact center and Ribbon session border controllers
* Leading upgrades and discussions to achieve optimal solutions
* Managing services across network and unified communications
* Handling telecom billing for mobile and enterprise voice
* Managing network assets
* Liaising with vendors for license renewals and device replacements
* Conducting weekly meetings with the Network and UC operations team
* ITSM experience
