We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual to join our team. This full-time position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, with a primary focus on customer service within our retail environment. Additional duties include sales, general store operations, warehouse tasks, and other responsibilities as required.
A current forklift, HR Truck license and experience in inventory management will be highly regarded. While experience in agriculture and sales counter roles is preferred, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general store and warehouse duties
Local deliveries (HR and forklift licence a requirement of the role)
Safely unload, check, and receipt stock
Manage warehouse inventory
Ensure safe storage, handling, and transport of inventory
Provide customer service at the sales counter
Working closely and collaboratively with other members of the Muirs team and national network
Assisting customers with product queries
Carry out daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
Current heavy Rigid driver's licence
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
Proficient with computers and applications
Highly motivated, energetic, and team-oriented
Ability to work independently and unsupervised
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Commitment to high-quality customer service
