 
        
        **Social Media Coordinator - NSW Government** 
A Social Media Coordinator is required by a NSW Government department on a contract with likely ongoing extensions based in St Leonards + WFH (hybrid). 
- **Location: St Leonards + WFH (hybrid)**: 
- **Pay Rate: $55.82 - $61.79 per hour + Super** 
**Primary Purpose of the Role**: 
As the Social Media Coordinator, you will coordinate social & online communications for the organisation to inform the community of important initiatives & raise awareness of public issues & services. 
**Key Accountabilities**: 
- Maintain, manage & support social media content & management systems 
- Assist with ongoing development, implementation & review of social media content 
- Review & ensure content available on social media channels is compliant with NSW Government standards 
- Provide assistance & support to the content publishers & approvers in managing social media content 
- Identify recent opportunities to distribute content to continuously enhance communication & marketing strategies 
**About You**: 
- Demonstrated experience in social media communication and/or digital marketing, including the ability to use social media tools as part of communication & marketing strategies 
- Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal 
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills
