Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years in a management position, with qualifications advantageous.
* Mechanical or engineering qualifications preferred.
* Advanced knowledge of directional drilling and planning software.
* Excellent communication and report writing skills.
* Attention to detail, deadline-driven, and ability to multitask.
* Innovative thinking and autonomy in decision-making.
* Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
