Job Overview

The Family Engagement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing environment that empowers parents to engage with their children's educational journey.

This position involves designing and implementing programs that cater to the diverse needs of families, ensuring a safe and inclusive space for socialization and skill-building.

* Fundamental responsibilities include program planning, execution, and evaluation, as well as developing referral pathways and collaborating with local service providers.
* The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of socio-cultural barriers and emotional wellbeing issues affecting families, along with experience in early childhood education or childcare, preferably within Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander contexts.

Requirements
