About the Role
We’re looking for professional and friendly Virtual Receptionists to join a growing virtual reception service supporting businesses across Australia.
This is a fully remote role where you’ll be the first point of contact for multiple clients — answering calls, taking messages, and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Answering inbound calls for a range of businesses
* Taking clear, accurate messages and forwarding them promptly
* Handling general enquiries and providing basic information
* Booking appointments and managing calendars (where required)
* Following client-specific scripts and processes
* Managing multiple calls and systems efficiently
About You
* Previous experience in reception, call centre, customer service or admin
* A warm, professional and confident phone manner
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
* Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
* Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems

Remuneration
This role is paid on a piece rate basis, meaning your earnings are based on the volume of work completed rather than an hourly rate.
