A large healthcare company based in Brisbane is seeking a permanent full-time IT Service Desk Team Leader to join their team. You'll be part of a purpose-driven organisation committed to providing high-quality healthcare to as many people as possible.
Your new role
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team workloads, and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional service.
Some of your day-to-day duties will include:
* Provide remote and in-person technical support
* Configure and deploy all supported hardware, software, and applications
* Manage and co-ordinate the service desk team's workload
* Identify areas of improvement to maximise operational efficiency
* Upskill, train, guide, coach, and mentor team members
What you'll need to succeed
* Team leadership or supervisory position experience within a corporate environment
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to lead and manage a team working within a high-pressure and high-volume environment
* Working knowledge of IT Service Management platforms and tools
* Excellent technical IT skills with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a full-time permanent role with a leading, purpose-driven organisation in Brisbane. Annual salary is $100K-$130K + Super depending on skills/experience.
