Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary (PSC) covers 8 hectares of natural bushland and offers day visits, glamping, and accommodation. The Grounds & Maintenance Officer supports the maintenance of the grounds, on‐site accommodation, pool area, cabins, and amenities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
Responsibilities
* Hands‐on gardening, landscape projects, and grounds improvements
* Maintain pool area: mowing, gardening and pool cleaning
* Minor building and structural maintenance on cabins and facilities
* Clean and upkeep of amenities (toilet blocks, BBQs)
* Keep all areas safe, welcoming and looking its best for guests
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Holiday Park Operations, Landscaping, Horticulture, Building Trades or similar
* Experience working in customer‐facing roles
