About the Role We're seeking a community-based Physiotherapist to support clients across the Southern Gold Coast and Northern NSW region. This part-time position (3-4 days per week) offers flexibility, a rewarding caseload, and a supportive clinical network. What you'll do: Deliver personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy to community clients Manage a caseload focused on orthopaedics and musculoskeletal rehab (with some HCP/NDIS) Work autonomously with a mix of community visits and work-from-home admin Salary & Benefits Up to $100,000 super (pro rata, negotiable) Monthly bonuses based on achievable KPIs — top performers earn up to $1,500 extra/month Professional Development Allowance (pro rata) Travel support — company car or $0.88/km allowance Strong admin and clinical support, with regular supervision and check-ins About You You're a confident and compassionate Physiotherapist who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team.
