Level 3 Gatehouse Security Officer Positions
Commencing mid to late June 2026 we have full and part time, and casual opportunities available at security gatehouses in Welshpool (WA).

Key Responsibilities
* Controlling site access and preventing unauthorised entry.
* Conducting vehicle and bag inspections.
* Completing accurate, real‐time data entry into live national Excel spreadsheets (driver and vehicle information).
* Communicating frequently with client operations via two‐way radio and phone systems.
* Conducting site inductions for drivers and visitors as required.
* Monitoring CCTV, access control, and electronic surveillance systems.
* Operating access control systems (issuing cards, locking/unlocking doors, auditing access).
* Recording incidents, breaches, and safety concerns.
You Will Be Able to Demonstrate
* Conduct – Consistently maintain a professional and courteous demeanour.
* Presentation – Uphold a clean, neat, and well‐groomed corporate appearance at all times.
* Performance – Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively identify and respond to security incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Eligibility, Qualifications, Licences & Certifications
* Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with unrestricted Rights to Work in Australia (Essential).
* Current WA Security Licence with a Class 1A as a minimum (Essential).
* Current First Aid Certification.
* Full Drivers Licence (Essential).
* Elevated customer service skills.
* Previous security experience in gatehouses or warehousing/logistics operations.
* Two references required.
