* Have you personally built and maintained a Microsoft Project construction program with logic links, baseline, and critical path control
* Do you regularly produce cost to complete forecasts using actual labour hours, committed costs, and remaining scope
* Have you developed a labour and resource plan for a project and actively adjusted allocations during delivery to manage schedule or commercial risk
* Have you personally issued formal delay notices or variation notices on a construction project to protect contractual entitlement
* Have you managed more than 15 installers or trades working across multiple active workfronts at the same time
* Have you worked inside a builder led construction environment where trade sequencing, energisation windows, and dependencies directly affected your schedule
* Are you an Australian Citizen and eligible for NV1 clearance

Deliver complex security packages inside Tier 1 data centre builds
ACG Integration delivers large electronic security packages on major construction programs across Australia. We work inside fast paced data centre builds where planning discipline, commercial control, and program ownership decide success.
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead security construction packages valued from $6M to $15M. This role owns delivery from contract award through to handover.
What you will own
You will run the full lifecycle of a major construction package. You will build the plan early, control delivery, protect the commercial position, and lead the site structure to completion. You will not inherit a plan and simply execute. You will create the execution framework and run it.
Core responsibilities
Project execution and controls
* Build the full project execution plan within the first month
* Establish governance, reporting cadence, and delivery structure
* Maintain structured reporting that drives decisions and action
* Deliver from award through commissioning and final handover
Commercial ownership
* Build and manage the budget breakdown structure
* Track forecast vs actual with clear evidence
* Maintain disciplined cost to complete updates
* Maintain WIP accuracy and supporting logic
* Control variations from identification through approval
* Maintain current cash flow forecasts
* Protect entitlement through notices, records, and timing
Program and dependency management
* Build and maintain logic linked programs in Microsoft Project
* Identify and manage the critical path
* Run rolling 4 to 6 week lookaheads with site leads
* Track trade dependencies and construction constraints
* Replan quickly when builders resequence works
* Realign labour, cost impacts, and timelines immediately
* Issue delay notices early with documented facts
Labour and site delivery
* Plan labour demand by stage, Workfront, and constraints
* Forecast weekly labour requirements
* Manage 15 to 20 installers across multiple fronts (Supported by Site Manager and Team Leads)
* Build a scalable site structure with clear accountability
* Drive productivity through daily planning and field reviews
* Coordinate resource sharing with other projects
* Maintain a live structured risk register
* Track commercial, program, and safety risks separately
* Assess probability and impact
* Assign owners and due dates
* Track mitigation to closure
* Escalate early with options and recommendations
Builder and executive interface
* Operate confidently with Tier 1 builder leadership
* Run structured meeting cadence
* Manage conflict professionally while protecting position
* Progress vs plan, cost vs forecast, variation status, decisions required
Required experience
We are looking for someone who has already delivered at this scale. You should be able to demonstrate:
* End to end delivery of construction packages between $6M and $15M
* Experience operating within Tier 1 builder programs
* Experience managing multiple work fronts in fast paced builds
* Strong Microsoft Project capability
* Strong commercial forecasting and cost control discipline
* Experience managing labour teams of 15 to 20 installers
* Practical experience working under EBA site conditions
* Electronic security experience is strongly preferred. Construction package leadership experience matters more than industry background.
