As a Digi Content & Social Media Specialist, you will step into a dynamic and rewarding position. Working alongside the paid digital team to help lead the social media advertising strategy, you will help execute a winning social media strategy for a winning national brand across a number of locations nationwide. This will include facilitating weekly meetings with clients to record weekly social media scores, sharing best practices and algorithm updates, and helping coach and develop teams to use social media effectively.
About the role:
This unique role focuses on brand growth through the effective use of social media platforms, primarily Meta. The role will involve some interstate travel, working with professional content creators, and occasionally working alongside models to see a set of videos through from idea to creation while assisting in executing a winning social media strategy for clients adopting the strategy. The role involves weekly meetings with stakeholders at all levels.

Your key focus will be:
- Manage the social calendar for Digi Agency
- Manage the social media advertising strategy for our primary clients
- Design, create and implement content for social posts across all social channels.
- Interact and respond to customers’ enquiries through social media.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Have a strong understanding of social media platforms and upcoming, specifically Instagram and Facebook
- Liaise with third-party videographers to create video content for social channels
- Create, monitor and report on Facebook Ads
- Coach teams on how to replicate high-performing organic content
- Be available for weekly meetings

About you:
You know your way around the Meta ad account. You're a natural communicator, both written and verbal, love working with people in a team, have a results-driven attitude and are passionate about all things customer service. You don’t shy away from meetings, are capable of facilitating group presentations, have organic and paid digital media experience, you’re curious about why outcomes occur, and have impeccable attention to detail.
- 2+ years of proven experience with implementing successful digital/PPC/social strategies, ideally within a digital marketing agency or similar
- Organic content creation experience
- Skilled in developing and implementing strategic digital campaigns.
- Experienced in integrated digital marketing (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, Website, CRO, eDM).
- Skilled in analytics, spreadsheets, data analysis, and paid media tools with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and phone communication skills.
- Strong business understanding with the ability to research and analyse issues to gain results.
- Skilled in client, project, and time management.
- A collaborative and constructive team player who can also work autonomously.
- A quick thinker with creative problem-solving skills and confidence in making decisions.
- A self-starter who aims to exceed expectations is results-focused, reliable, and passionate about marketing and customer service.
- Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is valuable, but this is not required as training is available.
