Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Australian Apprenticeship Support Services Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Australian Apprenticeships and other VET training pathways at a local level.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and possess a willingness to learn and be mentored in a new role.
The position involves marketing and promotional activities, increasing visibility and uptake of Australian Apprenticeships via engagement with schools, and developing and maintaining strong industry links and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will need to have:
* A strong network and connections with your local community
* An understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship system and VET sector (preferred but not essential)
* Willingness to learn and be mentored in a new role
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
* Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to clients
* Strong computer and administration skills
* Highly motivated and outcome focused
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Current driver's license
