About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Administrator Support to provide administrative and operational support to the National Business Manager, while assisting key healthcare and retail customers across Australia and New Zealand. In this fast-paced environment, you will manage essential sales processes, including pricing, promotional submissions, POS coordination, and merchandising activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain pricing and product information in internal systems and customer portals
* Process invoices and reconcile against planned activities and budgets
* Submit and manage promotional activity and product imagery online
* Track forecast orders, Days of Supply (DOS), and generate weekly scan reports
* Coordinate POS distribution and manage POS warehouse operations
* Liaise with merchandising providers to ensure timely execution of campaigns
* Manage New Zealand pricing, POS, and monthly wholesaler claims/rebates
* Monitor and track budgets, accruals, and campaign costs

About You

* Proven experience in support, administrative, or comparable roles
* Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
* Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments
