Job Description:
As an integral member of our events team, you will be responsible for managing wedding & social event leads and conversion.
You will plan and execute events for weddings and social markets, ensuring seamless execution from enquiry to conversion.
Liaising with clients is crucial in this role, where you will deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional customer service.
In addition, you will assist with departmental month-end reports, conduct hotel site inspections for prospective and existing clients, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality or Event Management are essential for this role.
* Previous sales experience in five-star hotels or deluxe wedding reception venues is highly valued.
* A deep understanding of different cultural needs for weddings and sound knowledge of the wedding and leisure market segments are also required.
