What you'll be doing
Manage an independent caseload of primarily musculoskeletal & sports-related clients
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation with full admin/reception support
Contribute to exercise-based rehab and clinic programs
Option to lead or develop special interests such as Women's Health, Pilates, Sporting Injury Management, etc.
What you'll bring
1–2+ years' private practice experience (preferred)
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient rapport-building skills
Dry Needling certification (preferred but not essential)
A proactive, growth-focused mindset — aligned with ongoing PD and community impact
Desire to progress into a senior/lead clinician pathway over time
