Production Planning Role
The ideal candidate for this Production Planning role will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules for various teams.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Documentation Preparation: Creation of relevant documentation for shop floor use, data entry into the ERP system, development of reports, and maintenance of production records.
* Operational Scheduling: Development and management of 8-week rolling production schedules in line with available resource and capacity.
* Production Schedule Creation: Generation of WIP production schedules for internal and external operations, including re-prioritization due to demand and material changes.
* Operational Support: Handling external stakeholder repairs, scope of works, repair times, and escalations/prioritization.
* Critical Component Management: Escalation point for expediting critical component shortages and responding accordingly.
