You will provide expert support for SAP HR, ensuring smooth Human Capital Management (HCM) operations. Your responsibilities include responding to incidents, resolving issues, implementing configuration changes, and monitoring HR workflows. You will also support payroll applications and workforce planning tasks.This role can be performed from any EY office in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, or Brisbane, with frequent travel to Canberra. Flexible working arrangements may be available; please discuss options with us.Your Key ResponsibilitiesProvide functional support for SAP HR, addressing incidents and resolving issues promptly.Implement configuration changes to improve system functionality and user experience.Monitor HR workflows for efficiency and compliance.Support payroll applications, including payroll processing, master data queries, and reporting.Create and manage wage types in SAP HR.Assist with workforce planning tasks, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.Train staff on SAP HR functionalities, providing guidance and support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR processes.Stay updated on SAP HR best practices and trends to enhance support services.What We Look ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.Experience in HCM functional support, especially with SAP HR.Understanding of payroll, HR workflows, and workforce planning.Problem-solving skills and incident response capability.Experience configuring SAP HR modules and managing wage types.Strong communication and training skills.Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks.Australian citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.Preferred skills include SAP HR certification, experience in large organizations, and knowledge of HR compliance.What We Offer YouAt EY, we foster a diverse, inclusive culture of globally connected teams.
