Multiple Local Council Opportunities – Records & Information Managements (RIM) Program
Be a part of a major transformation programme shaping how a large local government organisation manages, information, technology and collaboration across the city.
The RIM program is delivering significant change, including new technologies, updated policies and procedures and alignment with evolving legislative requirements such as the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024.
We are seeking experienced professionals across three key roles to support this programme.

RIM Business Analyst – $143,500 per annum
Drive process improvement and support the delivery of technology solutions by translating business needs into clear requirements, while ensuring that technology solutions meet business needs and objectives.
Key focus:
* Lead change and business readiness activities
* Stakeholder engagement and solution design
* Embedding new ways of operating
* End‐to‐end testing programmes
About you:
Proven business analyst experience in complex or transformational environments, with strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering and documentation. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and an understanding of information management, record management or governance frameworks.
Business Readiness Specialist – $159,500 per annum
Prepare the organisation's transition from traditional records management to a strategic, information‐led approach.
Key focus:
* Change management to support the rollout of new initiatives
* Adoption of new systems, policies and processes
* Development of communications, training and support materials
* Embedding new ways of working across the organisation
About you:
Experience in business readiness / change management with a good knowledge and previous experience applying change frameworks and methodologies. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Highly organised with proven capability to develop training materials, communications and rollout plans.
Information Management Policy Officer – $143,500 per annum
Play a key role in reviewing and developing policies, procedures and work instructions aligned with governance frameworks and legislative requirements.
Key focus:
* Policy development and review
* Information governance and compliance
* Stakeholder engagement across Records, ICT and Corporate Governance
About you:
Experience in records and information management, ideally within government or regulated environments, with strong policy writing and documentation skills. Sound understanding of information governance, compliance and lifecycle management. Detail‐oriented with strong organisational and communication skills.
