The Role As our Part-Time Financial Controller, you'll own the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations and reporting.
You'll help us scale responsibly - building processes that balance agility with compliance, and providing the leadership team with actionable financial insights to drive decision-making.
This is a builder role, not a "maintainer" role.
You'll design, implement, and continuously improve the financial systems, processes, and controls that will support our next stage of growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives creating clarity from complexity, and establishing scalable foundations where none yet exist.
Key Responsibilities Develop Provide financial analysis to support growth initiatives and strategic decisions.
Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements (P Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, business-partner mindset.
Time Commitment Approx.
1–2 days per week, with flexibility based on deliverables and reporting cycles.
This role may evolve to greater scope or hours as the company scales.
