Project Engineers are needed to play a key role in the successful early contractor involvement in design and pre TOC development of major water infrastructure projects.
This position will focus on applying strong engineering principles to support project execution while promoting a collaborative, high-performance environment.
The selected candidate will have continuous project exposure, facilitating the further development of technical and project management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Representing the company on client meetings
- Ensuring cost-effective construction methodologies
- Tracking project finances and reviewing costs vs budget
- Early involvement in design and investigation kick off meetings
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and teams to resolve technical, commercial and scheduling issues is also essential.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively at all levels and possess strong Microsoft Office skills.
A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction/Project Management is required, as is 4+ years of experience in Project Engineering in the Water, utilities, or transport spaces.
