Key Responsibilities
* SUPPORTING YOUNG PEOPLE IN THEIR DAILY ROUTINES AND ACTIVITIES
* BUILDING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS BASED ON TRUST AND RESPECT
* CREATING SAFE, STRUCTURED THERAPEUTIC ENVIRONMENTS
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each young person. Your commitment to their well-being and success is crucial in ensuring they achieve their full potential.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* A Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family or Community Services, or the willingness to enroll in such a course. We can provide information on government-funded training options available to you.
* A Full Australian Driver's License, First Aid, and CPR Certificate are also required for this role.
* NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check are mandatory prerequisites.
