Freshwater Christian College is seeking a passionate and experienced Secondary English Teacher to join our community.
If you're dedicated to fostering a love of literature and language in students and have experience teaching Years 11 and 12 English, we encourage you to apply.
Commencing in January 2026, this position is permanent, full-time, and a relocation allowance is available.
Salary range: $81,436 to $115,880 gross per annum, and is dependent on the successful candidate's classroom experience.
Qualifications
appropriate tertiary qualifications in teaching.
Queensland College of Teachers Registration (or the ability to obtain).
alignment with the values, virtues and Christian beliefs of Freshwater Christian College.
the ability to affirm the College's Statement of Faith.
the ability to comply with College policies, procedures, codes of conduct, and training requirements, including those related to work health and safety, risk management, child protection, and confidentiality.
the ability to work with all members of the College community.
the right to work in Australia, without needing sponsorship.
