About the role

We are looking for a Multi Skilled, mechanically minded operator who has worked in a quarry or similar environment before. You hold safety as a core value and appreciate the need for keeping the workplace safe.
About you:
You'll operate the Petrie Quarry Weighbridge. This involves taking telephone enquiries and managing customer requirements to create computer generated dockets as well as adhering to the NHVR `Chain of Responsibility' obligations.
This position also involves relief operation of Heavy Mobile Equipment to meet the Quarry's Crushing and Sales demands.
* Weybridge operation experience
* Experience with front end loader operations
* Dump truck operation experience
* Complex crushing and blending plant operation and basic maintenance
* Familiar with quarry products and QA manufacturing / stockpiling process
* Must be flexible and willing to work across all facets of quarry activities
* Must be prepared to work overtime.
Working hours:
Typically, 6am to 4.30pm Monday-Friday with alternating Saturday overtime.
