Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the program, you will play a vital role in supporting and developing web applications that have a significant impact on millions of Australians.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving client requests in a timely manner based on agreed delivery dates. This includes monitoring client requests, conducting investigations into incidents to ensure they are not repeated, supporting Service Delivery Manager's to create monthly operational reports as required, escalating any operational issues needing attention to SDM's, Senior Staff or the Lead - Application Management Services, preparing for client meetings, including review and knowledge of current and backlog tickets.
Additionally, you will be involved in incident management, available for 'on call duties' for up to 2 weeks per month, maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and processes of client platforms, assist in the preparation of new proposals or pitch decks for prospective clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require an understanding of NET Framework / .NET Core, C# and the .NET ecosystem, experience building or maintaining web applications and APIs using ASP.NET MVC / Web API, basic front-end skills for CMS template customization using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ability to write and understand queries, stored procedures, and database structures using SQL Server, and experience with Git and tools like GitHub or Azure DevOps.
