About the Role:

This role requires an individual with excellent organizational skills, who can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain accurate records.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilities Management:
* Coordinate daily facilities operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and service delivery
2. Administrative Support:
* Provide administrative support, including document management and basic office functions
3. Reception Services:
* Support reception and front-of-house operations, including visitor management
4. Event Planning:
* Assist with meeting coordination, room bookings, and event setup
5. Technical Support:
* Provide basic IT support, including equipment setup and troubleshooting
6. Space Management:
* Coordinate space changes, including moves, adds, and changes to workstations
7. Catering Services:
* Assist with catering arrangements and food service coordination
8. Facility Inspections:
* Conduct regular facility inspections and quality checks
9. Employee Onboarding:
* Assist with employee onboarding regarding workplace services and procedures
10. Vendor Management:
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure effective service delivery
11. Visitor Experience:
* Manage reception and concierge services to ensure a high-quality visitor experience
12. Business Operations:
* Oversee the entire vendor management process, including sourcing, contract preparation, invoicing, budgeting, and vendor onboarding
