Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned ICT Manager to spearhead the planning, coordination, and implementation of ICT activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving cost-effective technology solutions, overseeing teams responsible for service desk functions, system administration, and technical issue resolution.
About You
* You must have at least 5 years of technical Service Desk experience up to Level 3.
* A strong background in leadership and training/mentoring staff is essential.
* Familiarity with ITSM tools, particularly Atlassian, is highly regarded.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional certifications in ICT are necessary.
* Experience with agile methodologies is desirable.
