The Role of a Front Desk Administrator
* Manage the day-to-day operations of an office, ensuring smooth communication with clients and staff.
* Process inquiries from potential clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.
* Provide administrative support to the property management and sales teams.
* Oversee stock control, banking, mail, and courier services.
* Maintain accurate records of keys and window displays.
* Coordinate rental listings and home open events.
* Process rent and deposit payments.
* Create marketing materials for home opens, brochures, and appraisal kits.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working in an office environment and excellent communication skills. You must also possess intermediate computer skills, attention to detail, and initiative.
