About Us
We are a values‑driven NDIS provider seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to coordinate compliance, quality and safety systems across our services. This role works closely with the Managing Director and Operations Manager to support safe, compliant and person‑centred service delivery.
About the Role
You will coordinate audit preparation, monitor compliance systems, support continuous improvement and promote a strong quality and safety culture across the organisation. This role does not carry day-to-day operational or financial control and is ideal for someone who enjoys specialist compliance work within a collaborative leadership structure.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate NDIS and Aged Care compliance activities and audit preparation.
* Support quality systems, risk identification and continuous improvement.
* Coordinate WHS systems and promote safe work practices.
* Provide compliance guidance to staff and escalate issues appropriately.
* Supervise and support administrative or junior compliance staff.
* Liaise with external auditors, regulators and bookkeeping providers as required.
* Oversee intake processes
About You
* Experience in NDIS quality, compliance or practice management roles.
* Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Confident working autonomously within defined scope.
* Excellent people skills
