About This Role
A rare opportunity exists to join the Owner's team on a nationally significant, large-scale greenfield processing project that will play a critical role in supporting global energy transition and supply chain resilience.
This position sits on the Owner's side and is responsible for technical leadership and engineering assurance across all disciplines. You will provide governance, challenge and strategic oversight to ensure engineering outcomes meet safety, quality, operability and capital efficiency requirements.
The role offers genuine influence across design, integration and commissioning readiness, working closely with senior project leadership and EPCM partners.
Provide Owner-side technical leadership across all engineering disciplines
Oversee and challenge EPCM engineering deliverables
Ensure design integrity, operability and maintainability are embedded
Drive value engineering and capital discipline
Manage technical risk, change control and engineering governance
Support commissioning readiness and handover from an assurance perspective
Requirements
Considerable engineering leadership experience on major industrial or processing projects
Strong process or chemical engineering foundation
Experience operating within EPCM delivery models
Commercially astute with strong capital discipline
Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
Highly regarded backgrounds include Oil & Gas, lithium, chemicals, or complex minerals processing environments.
