This is not your average front desk role — you'll be the face and voice of the business, the go-to for clients and team members alike, and a vital support to both the Property Management and Sales teams.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Welcoming clients, tenants, and guests with a warm and professional manner
- Answering phones and handling front desk/email enquiries
- Keeping the reception area polished, presentable, and running like clockwork
- Managing meeting rooms and prepping for appointments
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and supplies
- Assisting with basic sales and property management admin
- Helping prepare marketing material, property packs, and open home collateral
- Supporting team calendars and coordinating appointments
- Liaising with contractors and tenants as needed
- Data entry, filing, and general office support
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in reception or admin is highly desirable
- Certificate of Registration (COR) is a huge plus, or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Positive attitude, tech savvy, and team-first mindset
- A polished, professional, and confident approach to client service
